About the Author
T. Pradeep, Ph.D., is a Professor in the Department of Chemistry & Sophisticated Analytical Instrument Facility (SAIF) at the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. He is the author of Advances in Physical Chemistry and co-author of Nanofluids: Science and Technology. Dr. Pradeep also has written over 150 research papers and holds 5 patents.

NANOTECHNOLOGY- NANO: THE ESSENTIALS

This is an excellent book if you want to begin to get an idea of how large and important the field of Nanotechnology will and is becoming, how many things will be able to be accomplished with a completely new set of rules at such a small level which we have only recently been able to produce the technology necessary to actually build molecules one atom at a time. This is in textbook format so I recommend taking a Nano class with this book so that you can get the most out of it.
