About the Author
Susan Kenny Stevens is a nationally recognized consultant, author and lecturer on management, financial and organizational issues pertaining to philanthropy and the nonprofit sector. Her books and case studies are used nationally and internationally in university-based nonprofit management courses.
Dr. Stevens holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior; her doctoral research focussed on the entreprenieural behavior of nonprofit founders.

Such a helpful book to support the steps of growth. I was really feeling frustrated and once I began to digest the book, I came to understand that what I was experiencing was normal. The book provided a structure to navigate through the stages of building and running a non-profit. Additionally, after I got the book, we ordered it for my whole team and board.
